在教学上，为制药、植检专业本科生讲授《农药生物测定》。在科研上，主持山西省基础研究计划青年项目1项、山西省博士毕业生研究人员来晋工作奖励经费科研项目1项、山西农业大学“引进人才科研启动工程”项目1项；以第一作者发表学术论文11篇。
